Description: The 1734-232ASC is an ASCII Interface module from the 1734 POINT I/O product family that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This module features One (1) full-duplex RS232 terminal that supports ASCII protocol. This module accepts +3 to +25V dc as "0", Asserted, ON, Space, Active signal and -3 to -25V dc as "1", Disasserted, OFF, Mark, Inactive signal. It supports serial character framing 7N2, 7E1, 7O1, 8N1, 8N2, 8E1, 8O1, 7E2, 7O2, and Serial Port Communication Speeds such as 9600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 19.2k, and 38.4k.
